A visit to SoFi Stadium gave teen Club members a real-world look at future career possibilities.

From the start, this experience was connected directly to workforce readiness. As our teens explored the stadium, they began to understand what it takes to operate a venue that hosts tens of thousands of people.
In the Los Angeles Rams locker rooms, they saw where athletes prepare, learning that success in sports comes from discipline, preparation, and teamwork.

Beyond the field, the tour highlighted the wide range of careers that make events possible. From the owners’ suite to the broadcasting booth, members were introduced to roles in media production, event operations, communications, and management. They learned how different teams work together behind the scenes to bring large-scale events to life.
This real-world exposure helped our teens connect their interests to real career pathways. For many, it sparked new ideas about future possibilities in sports, media, or live event production.

Experiences like this are a key part of our commitment to workforce readiness. When we create access to a variety of professional environments for teens, we help them build confidence, develop new interests, and see what is possible beyond the classroom.
