The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica will be hosting a job fair on Friday, May 8th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Lincoln Branch located at 1238 Lincoln Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
All work schedules are PM at 25 – 29 hours per week. In order to be considered for an on-site interview, please bring your most current resume, at least 2 references and your identification.

Youth Development Professional
You will be responsible for providing mentorship and engagement to youth members in activities and programs which enables them to develop self confidence and reach their full potential as responsible, caring citizens. You must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
You will assist supervisors in directing the planning and implementation of National Club Programs and Local Initiative Activities that will leave a positive impact on youth members, while maintaining a positive, safe environment and atmosphere at all times.

Site Supervisor
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs for Club members of various age groups within an extension site of Santa Monica Boys and girls Clubs. The sites are located inside of low income housing communities. The site supervisor is responsible for implementing programs for Club members that focus on education, developing character, leadership, and healthy lifestyles. The site supervisor is also responsible for supervising program staff which may include volunteers and interns.
